ଯଦି କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ଅପରାଧ କରେ ବା ପାପ କରେ, ତା'ର ଦେଶ ନିରୂପଣ ପାଇଁ ଗୋଟିଏ ସାକ୍ଷୀ ୟତେଷ୍ଟ ନକ୍ସ୍ଟ ହେଁ। ସହେି ଲୋକକୁ ଦଷେୀ ସାବ୍ଯସ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଦକ୍ସ୍ଟଇଟି ତିନୋଟି ସାକ୍ଷୀ ୟଥେଷ୍ଟ ହବେ।
