ସେତବେେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଯାହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବେ, ତାଙ୍କୁ ହିଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ରାଜା କରିବ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆପଣା ଭାତୃଗଣମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଜଣଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆପଣା ଉପରେ ରାଜାଭାବେ ନିୟକ୍ସ୍ଟକ୍ତ କରିବ। ୟିଏ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଭାଇ ନକ୍ସ୍ଟ ହେଁ ଏପରି ବିଦେଶୀଯ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ରାଜା ଭାବେ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

ସେତବେେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଯାହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବେ, ତାଙ୍କୁ ହିଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ରାଜା କରିବ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆପଣା ଭାତୃଗଣମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଜଣଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆପଣା ଉପରେ ରାଜାଭାବେ ନିୟକ୍ସ୍ଟକ୍ତ କରିବ। ୟିଏ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଭାଇ ନକ୍ସ୍ଟ ହେଁ ଏପରି ବିଦେଶୀଯ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ରାଜା ଭାବେ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।
