Daniel 4:22
ହେ ମହାରାଜ, ସହେି ବୃକ୍ଷ ଆପଣ ଅଟନ୍ତି। ଆପଣ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇ ବଳବାନ୍ ହାଇେଅଛନ୍ତି। କାରଣ ଆପଣଙ୍କର ମହତ୍ବ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଅଛି ଓ ତାହା ଗଗନ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରୁଅଛି। ଆଉ ଆପଣଙ୍କର କତ୍ତୃର୍ତ୍ବ ପୃଥିବୀର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ବ୍ଯାପିଅଛି।

ଯାକୁବ ଏକ ସ୍ବପ୍ନ ଦେଖିଲେ। ସେ ସ୍ବପ୍ନ ରେ ଦେଖିଲେ ଯେ ଏକ ସିଡ଼ି ଭୂମିରୁ ସ୍ବର୍ଗକୁ ଲାଗିଛି। ଯାକୁବ ଦେଖିଲେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ଦୂତଗଣ ସହେି ସିଢ଼ିଦଇେ ଚଢୁଛନ୍ତି ଓ ଓହ୍ଲାଉଛନ୍ତ।

ଏହାପରେ ଲୋକମାନେ କହିଲେ, ଆସ ଆମ୍ଭ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ନଗର ଓ ଏକ ନଭଶ୍ଚୁମ୍ବୀ ଅଟ୍ଟାଳିକା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଅତି ଜଣାଶୁଣା ହବୋ। ତା ହେଲେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପୃଥିବୀର ଚ଼ାରିଆଡ଼େ ବିକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ହବୋ ନାହିଁ।
