ସମାନେେ ନବୂଖଦ୍ନିତ୍ସରଙ୍କୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରି କହିଲେ, ହେ ମହାରାଜ, ଚିରଜୀବି ହୁଅନ୍ତୁ।

ତା'ପ ରେ କଲଦୀଯମାନେ ଅରାମୀଯ ଭାଷା ରେ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ହେ ମହାରାଜ, ଚିରଜୀବି ହୁଅନ୍ତୁ, ଆପଣ ଏ ଦାସମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ବପ୍ନଟି କୁହନ୍ତୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହାର ଅର୍ଥ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବୁ।

ତା'ପ ରେ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ଜଣେ ଘୋଷକ ଉଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ବର ରେ କହିଲା, ହେ ଲୋକବୃନ୍ଦ, ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀବର୍ଗ ଓ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଭାଷାବାଦୀଦଳ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦିଆଗଲା।

ସମାଜ ରେ ଯାହାଙ୍କର ଯାହା ପ୍ରାପ୍ଯ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ତାହା ଦିଅ। ଯାହାଙ୍କୁ ଶୁଳ୍କ ଦବୋ କଥା ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାରର ଶୁଳ୍କ ଦଇେ ଦିଅ। ଯାହାଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ ସହିତ ଆଦର କରିବା କଥା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଭୟ ଓ ଆଦର କର। ଯାହାଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ମାନ ଦବୋ କଥା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସମ୍ମାନ ଦିଅ।
