ଏଣୁ ଯେତବେେଳେ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ଶିଙ୍ଗା, ବଂଶୀ, ବୀଣା, ଚତୁସ୍ତନ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ବବଲେ ଓ ସବୁପ୍ରକାର ବାଦ୍ଯ ଶୁଣିଲେ ସେତବେେଳେ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ, ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀବର୍ଗ ଓ ଭାଷାବାଦୀମାନେ ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦ୍ନିତ୍ସରଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥାପିତ ପ୍ରତିମା ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ମୁଣ୍ତ ନୁଆଁଇ ପ୍ରଣାମ କଲେ।

ତାହାର ମସ୍ତକଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ମସ୍ତକ ଆଘାତ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହାଇେଥିବା ପରି ଓ ମରାଯାଇଥିବା ପରି ଦଖାଗେଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ତା'ର ମାରାତ୍ମକ କ୍ଷତି ଭଲ ହାଇଯୋଇଥିଲା। ପୃଥିବୀର ସବୁ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହାକୁ ଦେଖି ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ଯ ହେଲେ ଓ ସହେି ପଶୁର ଅନୁଗମନ କଲେ।

ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ରହୁଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନେ ସହେି ପଶୁକୁ ପୂଜା କରିବେ। ପୃଥିବୀ ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ନାମ ମଷେଶାବକଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ପୁସ୍ତକରେ ଲଖାେ ହାଇନୋହିଁ। ଏହି ମଷେଶାବକଙ୍କୁ ବଧ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।

ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ପଶୁ ପୃଥିବୀର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବୋକା ବନାଏ। ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ଯ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ଦଖାେଏ। ସେ ଯେଉଁ କ୍ଷମତା ପାଇଥିଲା, ତା ସହିତ ସେ ପ୍ରଥମ ପଶୁକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏହି ସବୁ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ଯକର୍ମମାନ କଲେ। ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ପଶୁ ପ୍ରଥମ ପଶୁକୁ ସମ୍ମାନ ଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ପୃଥିବୀର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ତିଆରି କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଦେଶ ଦଲୋ। ଏହି ପଶୁ ଖଣ୍ଡା ରେ ଆଘାତ ପାଇ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମରି ନ ଥିଲା।

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁ ପଶୁକୁ ଦେଖିଲ, ସେ ଆଗରୁ ଥିଲା, କିନ୍ତୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସେ ଜୀବିତ ନାହିଁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ବଞ୍ଚିବ ଏବଂ ଗଭୀର ଗହ୍ବରରୁ ଉଠି ଆସି ଧ୍ବଂସ ପାଇବ। ଜଗତ ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ନାମ ଜୀବନ ପୁସ୍ତକରେ ଆଦୌ ଲଖାେ ହାଇନୋହିଁ, ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହାକୁ ଦେଖି ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ଯ ହବେେ, କାରଣ ସେ ଅତୀତ ରେ ଥିଲା, ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ନାହିଁ କିନ୍ତୁ ପୁଣି ବଞ୍ଚିବ।
Revelation 19:20
କିନ୍ତୁ ସହେି ପଶୁ ବନ୍ଦୀ ହେଲା ଏବଂ ଭଣ୍ଡ ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ ବକ୍ତା ମଧ୍ଯ ବନ୍ଦୀ ହେଲା। ଏହି ଭଣ୍ଡ ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ ବକ୍ତା ସହେି ପଶୁ ପାଇଁ ବହୁତ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ଯଜନକ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିଥିଲା। ଏହି ପଶୁ, ୟିଏ କି ପଶୁର ଚିହ୍ନ ଧାରଣ କରିଥିବା ଓ ତାହାର ପ୍ରତିମାକୁ ପୂଜା କରିଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତ କରିଥିଲା, ସେ ବନ୍ଦୀ ହେଲା। ସହେି ଭଣ୍ଡ ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ ବକ୍ତା ଓ ପଶୁଙ୍କୁ ଗନ୍ଧକ ଜଳୁଥିବା ଅଗ୍ନିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହ୍ରଦ ରେ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ଫିଙ୍ଗି ଦିଆଗଲା।
