Acts 20:38
ସମାନେେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଆଉ ଦେଖିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ପାଉଲ କହିଥିବା କଥା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ବହୁତ ଦୁଃଖ ଦଇେଥିଲା ା ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଜାହାଜ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଛାଡ଼ିବାକୁ ଯାଇ ବିଦାୟ ଦେଲେ।

ସମୟ ପୁରିଗଲା ପରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଠାରୁେ ବିଦାୟ ନଲେୁ। ସେତବେେଳେ ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତେ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ନଗର ବାହାର ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଆମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ଆସିଲେ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମସ୍ତେ ସମୁଦ୍ର କୂଳ ରେ ଆଣ୍ଠୁମାଡି ପାର୍ଥନା କଲୁ।

କାଇସରୀଆ ରେ ଥିବା ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ କେତକେ ଶିଷ୍ଯ ଆମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ଆସିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ କୁପ୍ର ଉପଦ୍ବୀପର ମନାସୋନ (ୟିଏ କି ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଥମ ଶିଷ୍ଯମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ଜଣେ) ନାମକ ଜଣେ ଶିଷ୍ଯଙ୍କ ଘରକୁ ନଇଗେଲେ। ସଠାେରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ରାତି କଟାଇବା କଥା ଥିଲା।

ଅତଏବ ତୀମଥିଙ୍କୁ କହେି ଯେପରି ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ ମନା ନ କରେ। ସେ ଯେପରି ମାେ ପାକରେ ଆସି ପହଁଞ୍ଚିବେ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଶାନ୍ତି ପୂର୍ବକ ୟିବା ରେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କର। ମୁଁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଭାଇମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଫରେିବା ବାଟକୁ ଚାହିଁ ବସିଛି।
