ସଠାେରେ ସେ ତିନିମାସ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ରହିଲେ। ସଠାରୁେ ସୁରିଆକୁ ଜଳଯାତ୍ରା କରିବାପାଇଁ ଚାହିଁଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଯିହୂଦୀମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଷଡ଼ୟନ୍ତ୍ର କରିବାରୁ ସେ ମାକିଦନୀଆକୁ ଫରେି ୟିବାପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥିର କଲେ।
