ସୈନ୍ଯାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଏହି ଜନଶୂନ୍ଯ ଓ ପଶୁଶୂନ୍ଯ ଧ୍ବଂସ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେଓ ତହିଁର ସକଳ ନଗର ରେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ପଶୁପାଳକମାନଙ୍କର ବସତି ସ୍ଥାନ ହବେ। ସମାନେେ ସେ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ମଷେପଲଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ରାମ କରାଇବେ।
