Esther 5:8
ମୁଁ ଯବେେ ମାରେ ଇଚ୍ଛା ପୂରଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମହାରାଜାଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରେ ଅନୁଗ୍ରହ ପାଇଅଛି, ଏବଂ ଏହା ଯବେେ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରୁଥାଏ, ରାଜା ଓ ହାମନ ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ରାତ୍ରି ଭୋଜନକୁ ଆସନ୍ତୁ ଯାହା ମୁଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବି। ସହେି ସମୟରେ ମୁଁ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନର ଉତ୍ତର ଦବେି।

ସହେି ରାତ୍ରି ରେ ରାଜା ଶୋଇ ପାରିଲେ ନାହିଁ। ଏଣୁ ସେ କଚରେୀ ବୃତ୍ତାନ୍ତ ପୁସ୍ତକ ଆଣିବାକୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା କଲେ, ଏବଂ ତାହା ରାଜାଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ପାଠ କରାଗଲା।

Esther 8:5
ଏବଂ କହିଲା, ଯବେେ ମହାରାଜ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ଯବେେ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ଦୁଷ୍ଟି ରେ ମୁଁ ଅନୁଗ୍ରହ ପାଇଅଛି, ଦୟାକରି ମାେ ପାଇଁ ଏହା କରନ୍ତୁ। ଆଉ ଯଦି ଏହା ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ କରେ, ତବେେ ମହାରାଜାଙ୍କର ସମୁଦାଯ ପ୍ରଦେଶସ୍ଥ ୟିହୁଦୀଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିନାଶ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଅଗାଗୀଯ ହମ୍ମାଦାଥାର ପୁତ୍ର ହାମନ ଯେ ସକଳ ପତ୍ର ଲେଖିବାକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦଇେଥିଲା, ତାହା ପ୍ରତ୍ଯାହୃତ କରାଯାଉ।
