ମୂର୍ଖ ଓ ଅର୍ଥହୀନ ତର୍କବିତର୍କରୁ ଦୂର ରେ ରୁହ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣ ଯେ ସହେି ୟୁକ୍ତିତର୍କଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବଢ଼ିଯାଇ ବଡ଼ ବିବାଦ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରେ।

ଉକ୍ତ କଥାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସର୍ବଦା କୁହ। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଆଗ ରେ ସତର୍କ କରିଦିଅ ଯେ, ସମାନେେ ଅଯଥା ବାଦାନୁବାଦ କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। ୟୁକ୍ତିତର୍କ କରିବା ଦ୍ବାରା କାହାରିକୁ ଲାଭ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଏହା ଶୁଣନ୍ତି, ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ତାହା ନଷ୍ଟ କରିଦିଏ।
1 Timothy 1:4
ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କୁହ ଯେ, ସମାନେେ ଅସତ୍ଯ କଥାଗୁଡ଼ିକ କହି ଓ ବଂଶାବଳୀର ଲମ୍ବା ନାମସୂଚୀଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଦଇେ ସମୟ ନଷ୍ଟ କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକ ଦ୍ବାରା କବଳେ ତର୍କବିତର୍କ ହୁଏ। ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ କାମ ପାଇଁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରେ ନାହିଁ।
1 Timothy 6:4
ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଭଣ୍ଡ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦିଏ, ସେ ଗର୍ବୀ ଓ କିଛି ବୁଝି ନ ଥାଏ। ସହେି ଲୋକ ଶବ୍ଦର ଅର୍ଥକୁ ନଇେ ୟୁକ୍ତି ତର୍କ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଅତ୍ଯଧିକ ଆଗ୍ରହୀ ହାଇେଥାଏ ଓ ସେ ବାଗ୍ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କରେ। ଏଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଦ୍ବାରା କଳି, ଇର୍ଷା, ଅପମାନ ଓ ସନ୍ଦହେ ଆସିଥାଏ।
2 Timothy 2:16
ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆସି ନ ଥିବା ନିରର୍ଥକ କଥାଗୁଡ଼ିକ କହୁଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଦୂର ରେ ରୁହ। ସଭେଳି କଥା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅଧିକରୁ ଅଧିକ ଦୂ ରଇେ ନବେ।
