2 Kings 6:9
ମାତ୍ର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଲୋକ ଇଲୀଶାୟ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଏକ ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପଠାଇ କହିଲେ, ସାବଧାନ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନ ଦଇେ ୟିବ ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ଅରାମୀଯମାନେ ସେ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ଗୋପନ ରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।

ଏହି ସମୟରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପ୍ ରରେିତ ଜଣେ ଲୋକ ଆହାବ୍ଙ୍କୁ ଆସି କହିଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କୁହନ୍ତୁ, 'ଅରାମୀଯ ଲୋକମାନେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପ୍ରର୍ବତଗଣ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଅଟନ୍ତି କିନ୍ତୁ ତଳଭୂମିର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ନୁହଁନ୍ତି। ତେଣୁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଏହି ବିଶାଳ ସୈନ୍ଯବାହିନୀକୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ଦବେି। ଯାହା ଫଳ ରେ ମୁଁ ଯେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣି ପାରିବ।'

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହା ମଧ୍ଯ କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବାଯୁ ଦେଖିବ ନାହିଁ କି ବୃଷ୍ଟି ଦେଖିବ ନାହିଁ, ମାତ୍ର ଉପତ୍ୟକାଟି ଜଳ ରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହବେ। ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ଗୋମଷୋଦି ପଶୁମାନେ ଜଳପାନ କରିବେ।

ଅନନ୍ତର ସେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଲୋକ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସି ତାଙ୍କର ଚରଣ ତଳେ ପଡିଲା। ଏଥି ରେ ଗି ହଜେୀ ତାକୁ ଟାଣିବାରୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଲୋକ କହିଲେ, ତାହାକୁ ଛାଡିଦିଅ। କାରଣ ତା'ର ପ୍ରାଣ ଶାେକାକୁଳ। ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ ଜାଣାଇଲେ ନାହିଁ କ'ଣ ବାଳକ ପ୍ରତି ଘଟିଅଛି। ସେ ଏହା ମାଠାରୁେ ଗୋପନ ରଖିଲେ।
2 Kings 6:12
ଅରାମ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ଅଧିକାରୀଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଜଣେ କହିଲା, ନା, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ କହେି ଗୁପ୍ତଚର କାମ କରୁନାହାଁନ୍ତି। ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବକ୍ତା ଇଲୀଶାୟ ବହୁତ ଗୋପନାଯ କଥା ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାନ୍ତି, ଏପରିକି ଶଯନ ଗୃହ ରେ ଯେଉଁ କଥା କୁହନ୍ତି, ତାହା ମଧ୍ଯ ସେ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଏ।
Amos 3:7
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାରେପ୍ରଭୁ, କୌଣସି ଯୋଜନା ତାଙ୍କର ସବେକର ଅଗୋଚର ରେ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
