ଆଉ, ତା'ପରେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ନିଜର ସମସ୍ଯା ଓ କ୍ଲେଶ ଜାଣି ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ କହେି ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା ଓ ବୀନତି କରେ, - ଆଉ ଯଦି ସହେି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଏହି ମନ୍ଦିର ଆଡ଼େ ଚାହିଁ ତାହାର ହସ୍ତ ପ୍ରସାର କରେ,

Psalm 33:12
ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ମାନନ୍ତି ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଭାଗ୍ଯଶାଳୀ ଅଟନ୍ତି। କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଭାବରେ ବିବଚେନା କରନ୍ତି।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସବୁ ହସ୍ତ ପ୍ରସାରଣ କରି ମାେତେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବ, ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ବିମୁଖ ହାଇେ ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଆଚ୍ଛାଦିତ କରିବି। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସବୁ ଅନକେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବ, ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ତାହା ଶୁଣିବି ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ହସ୍ତ ରକ୍ତ ରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ।
