ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ରେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସନ୍ତାନମାନେ ତାଡ଼ୀଶୂନ୍ଯ ପାଉଁରୋଟୀର ପର୍ବ ସାତଦିନ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ପାଳନ କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ଅତ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ଥିଲେ। ଲବେୀୟ ଓ ଯାଜକମାନେ ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସମସ୍ତ ଶକ୍ତି ସହିତ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କଲେ।

ତେଣୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ରେ ମହାଆନନ୍ଦ ହେଲା। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ରାଜା ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କ ସମୟରେ ଏପରି ଆନନ୍ଦ ଉତ୍ସବ ହାଇେଥିଲା, ଆଉ କବେେ ହେଁ ହାଇେ ନ ଥିଲା।

ଯିହାଶାଫେଟ୍ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଉପଦେଶ ଶୁଣିଲେ। ଏହାପରେ ସେ ଗାଯକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଶଂସାଗାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିୟୁକ୍ତ କଲେ, ସମାନେେ ପବିତ୍ର ଚୋଗା ପରିଧାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସାଗାନ କରି ସୈନ୍ଯଦଳର ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ୟାତ୍ରା କଲେ। ଗାଯକମାନେ ଏହି ଗୀତ ଗାଉଥିଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ଯବାଦ ଦିଅ, କାରଣ ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ ରମେ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳସ୍ଥାଯୀ।
