ରାଜା ଉଷିୟ ଜଣେ କୁଷ୍ଠ ରୋଗଗ୍ରସ୍ଥ। ସେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିର ମଧିଅରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ଉଷିୟଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ଯୋଥମ୍ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ଗୃହକୁ ନିଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କଲେ ଓ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ରାଜ୍ଯପାଳ ହେଲେ।
