ପ୍ରାଯ ଏକମାସ ପରେ ଅେମ୍ମାନୀୟ ନାହଶ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କ ସନୋ ୟାବେଶ ଗିଲିଯଦ ଛାଉଣୀ ସ୍ଥାପନ କଲେ। ୟାବେଶର ଲୋକ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ନିଯମ ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ କର, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ପାଳନ କରିବକ୍ସ୍ଟ।

ତା'ପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦେଖିଲ ଅମ୍ମାନରେ ରାଜା ନାହଶ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ କଲେ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ କହିଲ, 'ନା! ଆମ୍ଭେ ଜଣେ ରାଜା ଗ୍ଭହକ୍ସ୍ଟଁ' ଯଦିଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ରାଜା ଥିଲେ।

ୟାବେଶ-ଗିଲିଯଦ ନିବାସୀମାନେ, ଶାଉଲଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟମାନଙ୍କ କୃତ କର୍ମର ସମ୍ବାଦ ପାଇଲେ।
