ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଧକ୍ସ୍ଟତାର ନିଯମ ଜଣାଇଲେ ଏବଂ ତାହା ଖଣ୍ଡେ ପୁସ୍ତକକରେ ଲେଖି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖ ରେ ରଖିଲେ। ତା'ପରେ ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ ନିଜ ଘରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ୟିବାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲେ।

ଶାମକ୍ସ୍ଟଯଲେ କହିଲେ, ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ୟିଏ ରାଜତ୍ବ କରିବ, ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଏ ପ୍ରକାର କରିବ। ସେ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ତା'ର ସବୋ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ସୈନ୍ଯବାହୀନିର ସବୋ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବାଧ୍ଯ କରିବ। ସମାନେେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସନୋବାହିନୀର ୟୋଦ୍ଧା ଓ ରଥା ରୋହୀ ହବେ। ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ରମାନେ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ରଥ ଆଗେ ଆଗେ ଦୌଡିବେ।
Ezekiel 45:9

Ezekiel 46:16
