ଯେତବେେଳେ ହୀରମ ଏହିକଥା ଶୁଣିଲେ ସେ ଅତ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହେଲେ ଓ କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ଯବାଦ ଦେଉଛି, ଯେ ସେ ମହାନ ଦେଶ ଉପରେ ଶାସନ କରିବାକୁ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଜ୍ଞାନବାନ୍ ପୁତ୍ର ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି।

ତେଣୁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରୁଛି, ଠିକ୍ ଓ ଭୂଲ୍ ବାଛିବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଦିଅ ଓ ବୁଦ୍ଧି ଦିଅ। ମାେତେ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଦିଅ ଯେପରି ମୁଁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ନ୍ଯାଯ ସହିତ ଶାସନ ଓ ବିଗ୍ଭର କରିପା ରେ। କାରଣ ଏହା ବିନା ଏହି ମହା ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀର କିଏ ନ୍ଯାଯ କରିପାରିବ?

ରାଜା କହିଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର, ସେ ଆଜି ମାରେ ସିଂହାସନ ରେ ମାରେ ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ବସାଇଲେ, ଏହା ଦେଖିବା ପାଇଁ ସେ ମାେତେ ଜୀବିତ ରଖିଲେ।
Isaiah 9:6
ଯେତବେେଳେ ଏକ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ବାଳକ ଜନ୍ମ ନବେେ ସତେିକି ବେଳେ ଏହା ଘଟିବ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ପୁତ୍ର ଦବେେ। ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଭାର ବହନ କରିବେ। ତାଙ୍କର ନାମ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ଯ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ପରାକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ୟିଏ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳୀନ ଏବଂ ଶାନ୍ତିର ରାଜକୁମାର ହବେେ।'
