ବିନ୍-ଗବରରୋମାେତ୍-ଗିଲିଯଦର ଶାସକ ଥିଲେ। ମନଃଶିର ପୁତ୍ର ୟାଯୀରର ଗିଲିଯଦସ୍ଥିତ ସମସ୍ତ ଗ୍ରାମ ଓ ସହର ତାଙ୍କର ଅଧୀନ ଥିଲା। ବାଶନସ୍ଥ ଅର୍ ଗୋବ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରାଚୀର ବେଷ୍ଟିତ ଓ ପିତ୍ତଳ ଅର୍ଗଳ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଷାଠିଏ ବୃହତ୍ ନଗର ତାଙ୍କର ଅଧୀନ ଥିଲା।
