କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବ ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ସେ ଚୁକ୍ତି ଭଙ୍ଗ କରି ଶପଥ ତୁଚ୍ଛ କରିଅଛି। ସେ ଏସବୁ କରିଅଛି ଏବଂ ଦଣ୍ଡରୁ ପଳାଇ ୟାଇପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଶାସକଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବାଧ୍ଯ। ପାଳନ ନ କରିବା କାରଣରୁ ଯେ ଦଣ୍ତିତ ହବେ, ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନ କର ନାହିଁ। ଅଧିକନ୍ତୁ ଶାସନକୁ ମାନିବା ଠିକ୍ କାମ ବୋଲି ଯାଣିଥିବାରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏପରି କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
