ஆர் என்னும் ஸ்தலத்துக்குப் பாயும் நீரோடையும் மோவாபின் எல்லையைச் சார்ந்திருக்கிறது என்னும் வசனம் கர்த்தருடைய யுத்த புஸ்தகத்தில் எழுதியிருக்கிறது.
