Zephaniah 2:5
पलिश्तीको उपकुलमा ऋेटबाट आएर बस्ने मानिसहरू हो! यो परमप्रभुको संदेश तिमीहरूको लागि हो। कनानका भूमिहरू र पलिश्तीका भूमिहरू अनि तिनीहरू ध्वंश हुनेछन् त्यहाँ कोही मानिस पनि बाँच्ने छैनन्।

| word the | דְּבַר | dĕbar | deh-VAHR |
| of the Lord | יְהוָ֣ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| against is | עֲלֵיכֶ֗ם | ʿălêkem | uh-lay-HEM |
| you; O Canaan, | כְּנַ֙עַן֙ | kĕnaʿan | keh-NA-AN |
| land the | אֶ֣רֶץ | ʾereṣ | EH-rets |
| of the Philistines, | פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים | pĕlištîm | peh-leesh-TEEM |
| destroy even will I | וְהַאֲבַדְתִּ֖יךְ | wĕhaʾăbadtîk | veh-ha-uh-vahd-TEEK |
| thee, that there shall be no | מֵאֵ֥ין | mēʾên | may-ANE |
