“अनि जब तिमीहरू आफ्नो भूमिमा तिमीहरूलाई आक्रमण गर्ने तिमीहरूको शत्रुको विरूद्धमा युद्ध गर्न जान्छौ, तिमीहरूले चेतावनी दिने तुरही बजाऊ अनि परमप्रभु तिमीहरूका परमेश्वरले तिमीहरू प्रति ध्यान दिनुहुनेछ। अनि उहाँले तिमीहरूको रक्षा गर्नुहुनेछ।

தாவீதின் குமாரனும் எருசலேமின் ராஜாவுமாகிய பிரசங்கியின் வாக்கியங்கள்.
The words of the Preacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem.

The words	דִּבְרֵי֙	dibrēy	deev-RAY
of the Preacher,	קֹהֶ֣לֶת	qōhelet	koh-HEH-let
son the	בֶּן	ben	ben
of David,	דָּוִ֔ד	dāwid	da-VEED
king	מֶ֖לֶךְ	melek	MEH-lek
in Jerusalem.	בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃	bîrûšāloim	bee-roo-sha-loh-EEM

And if	וְכִֽי	wĕkî	veh-HEE
ye go	תָבֹ֨אוּ	tābōʾû	ta-VOH-oo
war to	מִלְחָמָ֜ה	milḥāmâ	meel-ha-MA
in your land	בְּאַרְצְכֶ֗ם	bĕʾarṣĕkem	beh-ar-tseh-HEM
against	עַל	ʿal	al
the enemy	הַצַּר֙	haṣṣar	ha-TSAHR

alarm an blow shall ye then you,	אֶתְכֶ֔ם	ʾetkem	et-HEM

Lord the	לִפְנֵי֙	lipnēy	leef-NAY
your God,	יְהוָ֣ה	yĕhwâ	yeh-VA
saved be shall ye and	אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם	ʾĕlōhêkem	ay-loh-hay-HEM
from your enemies.	וְנֽוֹשַׁעְתֶּ֖ם	wĕnôšaʿtem	veh-noh-sha-TEM
