अनि हरेक प्रान्तमा जब राजाको आदेश पुग्यो, त्यहाँका यहूदीहरू बीचमा अफसोस, रूबावासी र विलाप भयो। तिनीहरू धेरैजनाले शोक वस्त्र लगाए अनि शिरमाथि खरानी छर्किए।

यशैया 22:12
यसैले, मेरो मालिक, सेनाहरूका परमप्रभुले मानिसहरू रून र आफ्ना मृत साथीहरूमाथि दुखी बन भनेर भन्नु हुनेछ। मानिसहरूले आफ्ना कपालहरू खौरिनेछन् र शोकपूर्ण पोषाकहरू लगाउनेछन्।
