आफ्नो इच्छा अनुसार उसले कहाँ मन पराउँछ, जुन शहर उसले रोज्छ, त्यही बस्न सकछ। तिमीले उसलाई कष्ट दिनु हुँदैन।

| which | אֲשֶׁר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| he shall choose | יִבְחַ֛ר | yibḥar | yeev-HAHR |
| one in | בְּאַחַ֥ד | bĕʾaḥad | beh-ah-HAHD |
| of thy gates, | שְׁעָרֶ֖יךָ | šĕʿārêkā | sheh-ah-RAY-ha |
| best: him liketh it where | בַּטּ֣וֹב | baṭṭôb | BA-tove |
| thou shalt not | ל֑וֹ | lô | loh |
| oppress | לֹ֖א | lōʾ | loh |
