Deuteronomy 19:21
“तिमीहरूले त्यस मानिसप्रति सहानुभूति देखाउनु हुँदैन जसले अपराध गरेको हुन्छ जति बेला उसलाई सजाय दिइन्छ। यदि कसैको ज्यान लिन्छ भने उसको जीवन पनि शेष पार्नुपर्छ। नियम छ आँखाको सट्टा आँखा, दाँतको सट्टा दाँत, हातको सट्टा हात र खुट्टाको सट्टा खुट्टा हुनेछ।
