शमूएलको घर भने रामामा थियो। यसर्थ तिनी संधै त्यहाँ जान्थे। शमूएलले त्यस शहर देखि नै इस्राएलको न्याय र शासन गर्थे। परमप्रभुका निम्ति शमूएलले रामामा एउटा वेदी बनाए।

this	λέγω	legō	LAY-goh
by	κατὰ	kata	ka-TA
permission,	συγγνώμην	syngnōmēn	syoong-GNOH-mane
and not	οὐ	ou	oo
of	κατ'	kat	kaht
commandment.	ἐπιταγήν	epitagēn	ay-pee-ta-GANE

And his return	וּתְשֻֽׁבָת֤וֹ	ûtĕšubātô	oo-teh-shoo-va-TOH
was to Ramah;	הָֽרָמָ֙תָה֙	hārāmātāh	ha-ra-MA-TA
for	כִּֽי	kî	kee
there	שָׁ֣ם	šām	shahm
was his house;	בֵּית֔וֹ	bêtô	bay-TOH
and there	וְשָׁ֖ם	wĕšām	veh-SHAHM
judged he	שָׁפָ֣ט	šāpāṭ	sha-FAHT
	אֶת	ʾet	et
Israel;	יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל	yiśrāʾēl	yees-ra-ALE
and there	וַיִּֽבֶן	wayyiben	va-YEE-ven
built he	שָׁ֥ם	šām	shahm
an altar	מִזְבֵּ֖חַ	mizbēaḥ	meez-BAY-ak
