तर दाऊदले आफैं सोचे, “शाऊलले मलाई एक दिन पक्रिएर मार्ने छ। सबभन्दा राम्रो मलाई यो हुन्छ पलिश्तीहरू भएकोमा भागेर जानु त्यसपछि शाऊलले मलाई इस्राएलमा खोज्न छोड्ने छ। त्यसरी म शाऊलबाट उम्कन सक्नेछु।”
