परमप्रभुले कंगालहरूलाई धूलोबाट उठाउँनुहुन्छ, अनि दुःख हटाई दिनुहुन्छ। परमप्रभुले कंगालीहरूलाई राजा संग-संगै बसाउनुहुन्छ। परमप्रभुले कंगालीहरूलाई सम्मानको सिंहासनमा राख्नुहुन्छ। परमप्रभु उनी हुन जसले संसारको जग बसाल्नु भयो अनि त्यसमाथि संसार बनाउनु भयो।
