ती मानिसहरू, जो लुकेका थिए गिबा शहर तिर लुकेर गए। तिनीहरू छरपष्ट भए अनि शहरमा भएका हरेकलाई आफ्नो तरवारद्वारा मारिदिए।

| Gibeah; | הַגִּבְעָ֑ה | haggibʿâ | ha-ɡeev-AH |
| and the liers in wait | וַיִּמְשֹׁךְ֙ | wayyimšōk | va-yeem-shoke |
| along, themselves drew | הָֽאֹרֵ֔ב | hāʾōrēb | ha-oh-RAVE |
| and smote | וַיַּ֥ךְ | wayyak | va-YAHK |
