म ती मानिसहरूका बारेमा भनिरहेछु जो मिश्र देश, यहूदा, एदोम, अम्मोन, मोआबका बसिन्दा हुन अनि तिनीहरू सबै जो जंगलमा बस्छन्। ती सारा देशहरूमा बस्ने मानिसहरू वास्तवमा खतना गरिएको थिएन अनि इस्राएलबाट आउने मानिसहरूका खतना तिमीहरूको हृदयमा गरिएको थिएन।”
