Jeremiah 40:10
बाबेलवासीहरू अघि जो हामीकहाँ आउँछन तिमीहरूको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्न म आफै मिस्पामा बस्नेछु। दाखरस, ग्रीष्मऋतुका फल, तेल जम्मा गर अनि भाँडामा राख। तिनीहरूले आफ्नो अधीनमा लिएको शहरहरूमा बस्।”

| at Mizpah | בַּמִּצְפָּ֔ה | bammiṣpâ | ba-meets-PA |
| to serve | לַֽעֲמֹד֙ | laʿămōd | la-uh-MODE |
| לִפְנֵ֣י | lipnê | leef-NAY | |
| the Chaldeans, | הַכַּשְׂדִּ֔ים | hakkaśdîm | ha-kahs-DEEM |
| which | אֲשֶׁ֥ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| will come | יָבֹ֖אוּ | yābōʾû | ya-VOH-oo |
| unto | אֵלֵ֑ינוּ | ʾēlênû | ay-LAY-noo |
| us: but ye, | וְאַתֶּ֡ם | wĕʾattem | veh-ah-TEM |
| gather | אִסְפוּ֩ | ʾispû | ees-FOO |
| wine, ye | יַ֨יִן | yayin | YA-yeen |
| and summer fruits, | וְקַ֜יִץ | wĕqayiṣ | veh-KA-yeets |
| oil, and | וְשֶׁ֗מֶן | wĕšemen | veh-SHEH-men |
| and put | וְשִׂ֙מוּ֙ | wĕśimû | veh-SEE-MOO |
| vessels, your in them | בִּכְלֵיכֶ֔ם | biklêkem | beek-lay-HEM |
| and dwell | וּשְׁב֖וּ | ûšĕbû | oo-sheh-VOO |
| cities your in | בְּעָרֵיכֶ֥ם | bĕʿārêkem | beh-ah-ray-HEM |
| that | אֲשֶׁר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| ye have taken. | תְּפַשְׂתֶּֽם׃ | tĕpaśtem | teh-fahs-TEM |
