यरूशलेमबाट तीन जना पुरूषहरू कप्तानसँग कुरा गर्न गए। तिनीहरू हुन हिल्कियाहको छोरो एल्याकीम, आसापको छोरो योआ अनि शेब्ना। एल्याकीम राजदरबारका प्रशासक थिए। योआ लेखापाल थिए। अनि शेब्ना दरबारको सचिव थिए।
