येरेद जन्मेपछि महलेल 830 वर्ष सम्म बाँचे र त्यस अवधिमा उसका धेरै छोरा-छोरीहरु जन्मे।

| וּשְׁמֹנֶ֥ה | ûšĕmōne | oo-sheh-moh-NEH | |
| and thirty | מֵא֖וֹת | mēʾôt | may-OTE |
| years, | שָׁנָ֑ה | šānâ | sha-NA |
| and begat | וַיּ֥וֹלֶד | wayyôled | VA-yoh-led |
| sons | בָּנִ֖ים | bānîm | ba-NEEM |
| and daughters: | וּבָנֽוֹת׃ | ûbānôt | oo-va-NOTE |
