तब जनताबाट अन्न उठाउनको निम्ति अरू मानिसहरू छान्नु होस्। प्रत्येक मानिसले असल सात वर्षमा जे जति अन्न उब्जाउँछ, त्यसबाट पाँचौ भाग बुझाओस्।
