ऊ अश्शूरको राज्यपालहरू अनि अधिकारीहरूलाई चाहन्थी। उसले वैजनी सुन्दर वस्त्र घोडसवार सैनिकहरूलाई चाहन्थी। तिनीहरू सबै मनपर्दो जवान मानिसहरू थिए।

म ती सबै मानिसहरूलाई बाबेलमा विशेष गरी कल्दीहरूलाई ल्याउँनेछु। म पकोद शोअ अनि कोअबाट मानिसहरूलाई ल्याउनेछु अनि ती सबैलाई अश्शूरबाट ल्याउँछु। यस्तै प्रकार म सबै शासकहरू अनि अधिकारीहरूलाई ल्याउँछु। तिनीहरू सबै योग्य, रथहरूको विशेष योग्यताको निम्ति छानिएका घोडसवार थिए।
