בַּיּ֣וֹם that BA-yome הַה֗וּא day ha-HOO נָתַ֞ן did na-TAHN הַמֶּ֤לֶךְ the ha-MEH-lek אֲחַשְׁוֵרוֹשׁ֙ king uh-hahsh-vay-ROHSH לְאֶסְתֵּ֣ר Ahasuerus leh-es-TARE הַמַּלְכָּ֔ה give ha-mahl-KA אֶת et בֵּ֥ית the bate הָמָ֖ן house ha-MAHN צֹרֵ֣ר of tsoh-RARE הַיְּהוּדִ֑יים Haman ha-yeh-hoo-DEE-m וּמָרְדֳּכַ֗י the oo-more-doh-HAI בָּ֚א Jews' ba לִפְנֵ֣י enemy leef-NAY הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ unto ha-MEH-lek כִּֽי Esther kee הִגִּ֥ידָה the hee-ɡEE-da אֶסְתֵּ֖ר queen. es-TARE מַ֥ה And ma הוּא Mordecai hoo לָֽהּ׃ came la -
וַיָּ֨סַר the va-YA-sahr הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ king ha-MEH-lek אֶת took et טַבַּעְתּ֗וֹ off ta-ba-TOH אֲשֶׁ֤ר uh-SHER הֶֽעֱבִיר֙ his heh-ay-VEER מֵֽהָמָ֔ן ring, may-ha-MAHN וַֽיִּתְּנָ֖הּ which va-yee-teh-NA לְמָרְדֳּכָ֑י he leh-more-doh-HAI וַתָּ֧שֶׂם had va-TA-sem אֶסְתֵּ֛ר taken es-TARE אֶֽת from et מָרְדֳּכַ֖י Haman, more-doh-HAI עַל and al בֵּ֥ית gave bate הָמָֽן׃ it ha-MAHN -
וַתּ֣וֹסֶף Esther VA-toh-sef אֶסְתֵּ֗ר spake es-TARE וַתְּדַבֵּר֙ yet va-teh-da-BARE לִפְנֵ֣י again leef-NAY הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ before ha-MEH-lek וַתִּפֹּ֖ל the va-tee-POLE לִפְנֵ֣י king, leef-NAY רַגְלָ֑יו and rahɡ-LAV וַתֵּ֣בְךְּ fell va-TAY-vek וַתִּתְחַנֶּן down va-teet-ha-NEN ל֗וֹ at loh לְהַֽעֲבִיר֙ his leh-ha-uh-VEER אֶת feet, et רָעַת֙ and ra-AT הָמָ֣ן besought ha-MAHN הָֽאֲגָגִ֔י him ha-uh-ɡa-ɡEE וְאֵת֙ with veh-ATE מַֽחֲשַׁבְתּ֔וֹ tears ma-huh-shahv-TOH אֲשֶׁ֥ר to uh-SHER חָשַׁ֖ב put ha-SHAHV עַל away al הַיְּהוּדִֽים׃ ha-yeh-hoo-DEEM -
וַיּ֤וֹשֶׁט the VA-yoh-shet הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ king ha-MEH-lek לְאֶסְתֵּ֔ר held leh-es-TARE אֵ֖ת out ate שַׁרְבִ֣ט shahr-VEET הַזָּהָ֑ב the ha-za-HAHV וַתָּ֣קָם golden va-TA-kome אֶסְתֵּ֔ר sceptre es-TARE וַֽתַּעֲמֹ֖ד toward va-ta-uh-MODE לִפְנֵ֥י Esther. leef-NAY הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ So ha-MEH-lek -
וַ֠תֹּאמֶר said, VA-toh-mer אִם If eem עַל it al הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ please ha-MEH-lek ט֜וֹב tove וְאִם the veh-EEM מָצָ֧אתִי king, ma-TSA-tee חֵ֣ן and hane לְפָנָ֗יו if leh-fa-NAV וְכָשֵׁ֤ר I veh-ha-SHARE הַדָּבָר֙ have ha-da-VAHR לִפְנֵ֣י found leef-NAY הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ favour ha-MEH-lek וְטוֹבָ֥ה in veh-toh-VA אֲנִ֖י his uh-NEE בְּעֵינָ֑יו sight, beh-ay-NAV יִכָּתֵ֞ב and yee-ka-TAVE לְהָשִׁ֣יב the leh-ha-SHEEV אֶת thing et הַסְּפָרִ֗ים seem ha-seh-fa-REEM מַֽחֲשֶׁ֜בֶת right ma-huh-SHEH-vet הָמָ֤ן before ha-MAHN בֶּֽן the ben הַמְּדָ֙תָא֙ king, ha-meh-DA-TA הָֽאֲגָגִ֔י and ha-uh-ɡa-ɡEE אֲשֶׁ֣ר I uh-SHER כָּתַ֗ב be ka-TAHV לְאַבֵּד֙ pleasing leh-ah-BADE אֶת in et הַיְּהוּדִ֔ים his ha-yeh-hoo-DEEM אֲשֶׁ֖ר eyes, uh-SHER בְּכָל let beh-HAHL מְדִינ֥וֹת it meh-dee-NOTE הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ be ha-MEH-lek -
כִּ֠י how kee אֵֽיכָכָ֤ה can ay-ha-HA אוּכַל֙ I oo-HAHL וְֽרָאִ֔יתִי endure veh-ra-EE-tee בָּֽרָעָ֖ה to ba-ra-AH אֲשֶׁר see uh-SHER יִמְצָ֣א the yeem-TSA אֶת evil et עַמִּ֑י that ah-MEE וְאֵֽיכָכָ֤ה shall veh-ay-ha-HA אוּכַל֙ come oo-HAHL וְֽרָאִ֔יתִי unto veh-ra-EE-tee בְּאָבְדַ֖ן beh-ove-DAHN מֽוֹלַדְתִּֽי׃ my MOH-lahd-TEE -
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר the va-YOH-mer הַמֶּ֤לֶךְ king ha-MEH-lek אֲחַשְׁוֵרֹשׁ֙ Ahasuerus uh-hahsh-vay-ROHSH לְאֶסְתֵּ֣ר said leh-es-TARE הַמַּלְכָּ֔ה unto ha-mahl-KA וּֽלְמָרְדֳּכַ֖י Esther oo-leh-more-doh-HAI הַיְּהוּדִ֑י the ha-yeh-hoo-DEE הִנֵּ֨ה queen hee-NAY בֵית and vate הָמָ֜ן to ha-MAHN נָתַ֣תִּי Mordecai na-TA-tee לְאֶסְתֵּ֗ר the leh-es-TARE וְאֹתוֹ֙ Jew, veh-oh-TOH תָּל֣וּ Behold, ta-LOO עַל I al הָעֵ֔ץ have ha-AYTS עַ֛ל given al אֲשֶׁר Esther uh-SHER שָׁלַ֥ח the sha-LAHK יָד֖וֹ house ya-DOH בַּיְּהוּדִֽיים׃ of ba-yeh-hoo-DEE-m -
וְ֠אַתֶּם ye VEH-ah-tem כִּתְב֨וּ also keet-VOO עַל for al הַיְּהוּדִ֜ים the ha-yeh-hoo-DEEM כַּטּ֤וֹב Jews, KA-tove בְּעֵֽינֵיכֶם֙ as beh-ay-nay-HEM בְּשֵׁ֣ם it beh-SHAME הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ liketh ha-MEH-lek וְחִתְמ֖וּ you, veh-heet-MOO בְּטַבַּ֣עַת in beh-ta-BA-at הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ the ha-MEH-lek כִּֽי king's kee כְתָ֞ב name, heh-TAHV אֲשֶׁר and uh-SHER נִכְתָּ֣ב seal neek-TAHV בְּשֵׁם it beh-SHAME הַמֶּ֗לֶךְ with ha-MEH-lek וְנַחְתּ֛וֹם the veh-nahk-TOME בְּטַבַּ֥עַת king's beh-ta-BA-at הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ ring: ha-MEH-lek אֵ֥ין for ane לְהָשִֽׁיב׃ the leh-ha-SHEEV -

וַיִּכְתֹּ֗ב he va-yeek-TOVE בְּשֵׁם֙ wrote beh-SHAME הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ in ha-MEH-lek אֲחַשְׁוֵרֹ֔שׁ the uh-hahsh-vay-ROHSH וַיַּחְתֹּ֖ם king va-yahk-TOME בְּטַבַּ֣עַת Ahasuerus' beh-ta-BA-at הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ name, ha-MEH-lek וַיִּשְׁלַ֣ח and va-yeesh-LAHK סְפָרִ֡ים sealed seh-fa-REEM בְּיַד֩ it beh-YAHD הָֽרָצִ֨ים with ha-ra-TSEEM בַּסּוּסִ֜ים the ba-soo-SEEM רֹֽכְבֵ֤י king's roh-heh-VAY הָרֶ֙כֶשׁ֙ ring, ha-REH-HESH הָֽאֲחַשְׁתְּרָנִ֔ים and ha-uh-hahsh-teh-ra-NEEM בְּנֵ֖י sent beh-NAY הָֽרַמָּכִֽים׃ letters HA-ra-ma-HEEM -
אֲשֶׁר֩ the uh-SHER נָתַ֨ן king na-TAHN הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ granted ha-MEH-lek לַיְּהוּדִ֣ים׀ the la-yeh-hoo-DEEM אֲשֶׁ֣ר Jews uh-SHER בְּכָל which beh-HAHL עִיר were eer וָעִ֗יר in va-EER לְהִקָּהֵל֮ every leh-hee-ka-HALE וְלַֽעֲמֹ֣ד city veh-la-uh-MODE עַל al נַפְשָׁם֒ to nahf-SHAHM לְהַשְׁמִיד֩ gather leh-hahsh-MEED וְלַֽהֲרֹ֨ג themselves veh-la-huh-ROɡE וּלְאַבֵּ֜ד together, oo-leh-ah-BADE אֶת and et כָּל to kahl חֵ֨יל stand hale עַ֧ם for am וּמְדִינָ֛ה their oo-meh-dee-NA הַצָּרִ֥ים life, ha-tsa-REEM אֹתָ֖ם to oh-TAHM טַ֣ף destroy, tahf וְנָשִׁ֑ים to veh-na-SHEEM וּשְׁלָלָ֖ם slay, oo-sheh-la-LAHM לָבֽוֹז׃ and la-VOZE -
בְּי֣וֹם one beh-YOME אֶחָ֔ד day eh-HAHD בְּכָל in beh-HAHL מְדִינ֖וֹת all meh-dee-NOTE הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ the ha-MEH-lek אֲחַשְׁוֵר֑וֹשׁ provinces uh-hahsh-vay-ROHSH בִּשְׁלוֹשָׁ֥ה of beesh-loh-SHA עָשָׂ֛ר king ah-SAHR לְחֹ֥דֶשׁ Ahasuerus, leh-HOH-desh שְׁנֵים namely, sheh-NAME עָשָׂ֖ר upon ah-SAHR הוּא the hoo חֹ֥דֶשׁ thirteenth HOH-desh אֲדָֽר׃ uh-DAHR -

הָֽרָצִ֞ים the ha-ra-TSEEM רֹֽכְבֵ֤י posts roh-heh-VAY הָרֶ֙כֶשׁ֙ that ha-REH-HESH הָֽאֲחַשְׁתְּרָנִ֔ים rode ha-uh-hahsh-teh-ra-NEEM יָ֥צְא֛וּ upon YA-tseh-OO מְבֹֽהָלִ֥ים mules meh-voh-ha-LEEM וּדְחוּפִ֖ים and oo-deh-hoo-FEEM בִּדְבַ֣ר camels beed-VAHR הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ went ha-MEH-lek וְהַדָּ֥ת out, veh-ha-DAHT נִתְּנָ֖ה being nee-teh-NA בְּשׁוּשַׁ֥ן hastened beh-shoo-SHAHN הַבִּירָֽה׃ and ha-bee-RA -

לַיְּהוּדִ֕ים Jews la-yeh-hoo-DEEM הָֽיְתָ֥ה had ha-yeh-TA אוֹרָ֖ה light, oh-RA וְשִׂמְחָ֑ה and veh-seem-HA וְשָׂשֹׂ֖ן gladness, veh-sa-SONE וִיקָֽר׃ and vee-KAHR -
