जब सम्म त्यो अति प्राचीन राजा आएर न्याय गरेनन्, प्राचीन राजाले सींङको न्यायको घोषणा गरे अनि ती पवित्र जनहरूले राज्य अधिकार प्राप्त गर्ने समय आयो।
