तर दुई र्वष पछि पोर्सिअस फेस्तस राज्यपाल भए। फेलिक्स अब राज्यपाल रहेनन्। तर फेलिक्सले पावललाई कैदी नै बनाएर राखे। किनभने उनले यहूदीहरूलाई खुशी पार्न चाहन्थे।
