तब राजा योशियाहले पुरूषगामीहरूको घर भत्काए जो परमप्रभुको मन्दिरमा थियो। आइमाईहरू पनि ती घरहरू प्रयोग गर्दथे अनि असत्य देवी अश्तारोतको सम्मान गर्नका लागि पालको छानो बनाउँने गर्दथे।

Howbeit thou art just in all that is brought upon us; for thou hast done right, but we have done wickedly:

Howbeit thou	וְאַתָּ֣ה	wĕʾattâ	veh-ah-TA
art just	צַדִּ֔יק	ṣaddîq	tsa-DEEK
in	עַ֖ל	ʿal	al
all	כָּל	kāl	kahl
that is brought	הַבָּ֣א	habbāʾ	ha-BA
upon	עָלֵ֑ינוּ	ʿālênû	ah-LAY-noo
for us;	כִּֽי	kî	kee
thou hast done	אֱמֶ֥ת	ʾĕmet	ay-MET
right,	עָשִׂ֖יתָ	ʿāśîtā	ah-SEE-ta
we but	וַֽאֲנַ֥חְנוּ	waʾănaḥnû	va-uh-NAHK-noo
have done wickedly:	הִרְשָֽׁעְנוּ׃	hiršāʿĕnû	heer-SHA-eh-noo
