अश्शूरका राजाले कूशका तिर्हाकाको विषयमा एउटा कुखबर सुने। खबर थियो, “तिर्हाका तिम्रो विरोधमा लडाइँ गर्न आएको छ।”यसकारण अश्शूरका राजाले हिजकियाहकहाँ फेरी राजदूत पठाए। अश्शूरका राजाले ती राजदूतहरूलाई एउटा सन्देश दिनु भनी पठाए। उनले यी कुराहरू भनेः
