एलाका छोरा होशेले रमल्याहका छोरा पेकहको विरोधमा योजनाहरू बनाए। होशेले पेकहलाई मारे। त्यसपछि होशे नयाँ राजा भए। यस्तो यहूदाका राजा उजियाहका छोरा योतामको शासनकालको 20 औं वर्षमा भयो।
