तब लेवीहरूले यहूदा अनि यरूशलेममा एक घोषणा गरे। तिनीहरू रोए मानिसहरूलाई परमप्रभुका निम्ति तिरो-धन ल्याउनु भने। परमेश्वरका सेवक मोशाले मरू-भूमिमा भएको समयमा इस्राएलका मानिसहरूबाट जो तिरो-धन मागेका थिए यो धन त्यति नै हो।
