पलिश्तीहरूको पूरै हार भयो। तिनीहरूले फेरि इस्राएलका भूमिमा प्रवेश गरेनन्। शमूएलको जीवनभरी नै परमप्रभु पलिश्तीहरूको विरूद्धमा रहनुभयो।
