യെഹൂദയുടെ മകനായ സേരഹിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരിൽ മെശേസബേലിന്റെ മകനായ പെഥഹ്യാവു ജനത്തെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാകാര്യങ്ങൾക്കും രാജാവിന്റെ കാര്യസ്ഥൻ ആയിരുന്നു.
