മൃഗത്തിന്റെ പേരോ പേരിന്റെ സംഖ്യയോ ആയ മുദ്രയുള്ളവനല്ലാതെ വാങ്ങുകയോ വിൽക്കുകയോ ചെയ്വാൻ വഹിയാതെയും ആക്കുന്നു.
