ജാതികളെ ശിക്ഷിക്കുന്നവൻ ശാസിക്കയില്ലയോ? അവൻ മനുഷ്യർക്കു ജ്ഞാനം ഉപദേശിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നില്ലയോ?

| not shall | הֲלֹ֣א | hălōʾ | huh-LOH |

| teacheth that he | הַֽמְלַמֵּ֖ד | hamlammēd | hahm-la-MADE |
