നീതിമാന്മാർ ശുഭമായിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ പട്ടണം സന്തോഷിക്കുന്നു; ദുഷ്ടന്മാർ നശിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആർപ്പുവിളി ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു.
