ഇതാ മിസ്രയീം, യെഹൂദാ, ഏദോം, അമ്മോന്യർ, മോവാബ്, തലയുടെ അരികു വടിക്കുന്ന മരുവാസികൾ എന്നിങ്ങനെ അഗ്രചർമ്മത്തോടുകൂടിയ സകല പരിച്ഛേദനക്കാരെയും ഞാൻ ശിക്ഷിപ്പാനുള്ള കാലം വരുന്നു.
