അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യന്നു: ഞാൻ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തെ ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസരിന്നു കൊടുക്കും; അവൻ അതിലെ സമ്പത്തു എടുത്തു അതിനെ കൊള്ളയിട്ടു കവർച്ചചെയ്യും; അതു അവന്റെ സൈന്യത്തിന്നു പ്രതിഫലമായിരിക്കും.
