മൂന്നിൽ ഒരു ഭാഗം രാജധാനിയിങ്കലും മൂന്നിൽ ഒരു ഭാഗം അടിസ്ഥാനവാതിൽക്കലും നിൽക്കേണം; ജനമെല്ലാം യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിൽ പ്രാകാരങ്ങളിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണം.
